This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to bid on a fantastic and extremely rare Lander Blue Turquoise Squash Blossom Set! It comes with a ring, earrings, bracelet and of course, the squash blossom necklace. It is typical 1970s style workmanship and the set is stunning when worn. In 2019, we sold a very similar Lander Blue squash blossom set for six figures. There are not more than a handful of Landers turquoise sets like this in existence!  Provenance: This necklace set was originally purchased in the 1970s as being Lander Blue turquoise (before it was known to be such a big deal like now). That owner had the set until around 2017 when they sold it to a friend (our current seller) and told them the story of purchasing it in the 1970s as a Lander Blue set. The current seller has personally shown this set to a to a well-known and respected Native Arts dealer in Tucson who believes it to be Lander turquoise and also a well-known and respected Scottsdale Native Arts dealer (and noted turquoise expert) who confirmed that in his opinion it was Landers. We (Western Trading Post) have also examined the stones under magnification and compared them side by side with known and certified examples of Lander turquoise we have from a well known and documented Lander Blue turquoise collection. We believe them to be a perfect match under magnification. Finally, a licensed jewelry appraiser familiar with Native Arts has done a written appraisal on the set and they verified the sources and expert opinions before appraising the set as being a Lander Blue turquoise jewelry set. The appraisal is available to serious potential buyers if desired. MAKER: Unmarked (Unknown).  APPROX AGE: Circa 1970s. SIZE: The necklace measures approx. 30 inches around the neck; the naja measures 4 inches long x 3-5/8 inches wide at the widest part, and the blossoms measure 2-1/2 inches long x 1-1/4 inch wide. The bracelet measures 5-5/8 inches from end to end on the silver plus a 1-1/4 inch gap (fits a 6-7/8 inch wrist), and measures 2-1/4 inches wide at the widest part. The earrings measure 1-1/2 inches long x 7/8 inches wide. The ring is a size 9.75 and measures 1-5/8 inches long x 1-1/4 inch wide. The total weight for these items is 511.5 grams.  CONDITION: Good for its age, normal wear expected.
