Offered here for your consideration is a trade bead and cross necklace by multiple award winner, Mike Bird (Romero). This lovely necklace features a strand of white heart red trade beads accented with fluted sterling silver beads, one attached turquoise bead and five sterling silver cross pendants with hand stamped designs. The beads are strung on waxed cord and finished with a knot tied at the ends. This piece would look beautiful on you! Bid now to make it part of your collection!
MAKER: Hallmarked a bird symbol (stamped). Mike Bird (Romero)(1946-; Ohkay Owingeh, formerly known as San Juan Pueblo). Multiple award winner at Santa Fe Indian Market. Married to author Allison Bird.
APPROX AGE: Fairly Modern (meaning 1980s or newer). 
SIZE: This necklace measures approximately 26 inches from end to end and the beads each measure approximately 1/4 inch wide. The cross pendants measure between 1 inch to 1 5/8 inches wide x 2 1/8 inches to 2 5/8 inches tall. The total weight for this item is 86.7 grams.
CONDITION: Good for its age with normal wear and minor imperfections expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
