Offered here for your consideration is a Jeddito black on yellow pottery bowl. This bowl is decorated on the interior with chevrons, diamonds and step designs. There is a solid line around the bowl near the rim that does not connect. Jeddito pottery was produced on the Mesas of Northern Arizona and traded throughout the Southwest from the 1300s to 1600s. Make this one yours today and own a piece of history!
PROVENANCE: From the Enters personal collection. Each item comes with all history and information provided when purchased.
MAKER: Unknown potter.
APPROX AGE: Prehistoric.
SIZE: This item measures 8 3/4 inches wide and 3 3/4 inches tall.
CONDITION: As found with some restoration expected. There are cracks that appear to be filled/repaired. This pot has not been subjected to a black light or any other tests, other than visual by us, so the extent of any possible restoration is unknown. Buyer is responsible for determining this to their satisfaction before bidding. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
