Offered here for your consideration is an antique highback Al Furstnow saddle from Miles City, Montana. Al Furstnow's Saddlery conducted business from its Miles City site from 1894 until 1982. The founder, Al Furstnow, moved to California around 1922 where he built saddles for actors in early westerns. The Miles City saddlery facility was operated by his descendants until its 1982 closing. This saddle is a dark brown leather with two silver conchos. This is a saddle made with work, rather than show, in mind that would be a great add to the back of your horse, your collection or tack room decor. Bid now!
