Offered here for your consideration is a walrus tusk cribbage board and other Eskimo ivory items. The carver let the creative juices flow with this intricate scrimshaw work. Not content to create a mere cribbage board, it is decorated with images of seal hunts, huskies, growing grains, whales, drying racks, domestic structures, a garment and a settlement. Also provided in the base of the tusk is a place to keep your ivory counting pieces. But there is more, as this lot includes pendants and a toggle of carved ivory. Add this impressive cribbage board and ivory items to your collection and bid now!  PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship this lot to these states: CA, HI, NJ, NY, OR, WA.
MAKER: Mother Nature, but harvested and carved by man.  
APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between 1930s to 1970s). 
SIZE: Measure approximately: Cribbage board - 10 inches x 1 1/2 inches. Pendant and toggle range from - 7/8 inch x 3 1/2 inches to 1/2 inch x 3/4 inch. 
CONDITION: Average to good for their age, normal wear and minor imperfections expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
