Offered here for your consideration is an antique Schweitzer saddle. HH Schweitzer was one of the premier Texas saddle makers. He opened shop in Matador, Texas, in 1924 and operated until the mid 1900’s. This saddle features floral carving and is marked HH Schweitzer, Matador, Texas. This saddle appears to retain it's original sheepskin lining. Based on its construction it appears to be an earlier example of HH Schweitzer's work. Make your bid today to add this to your collection or use it on your horse.

APPROX AGE: 1920s to 1930s.
SIZE: The saddle has a 14 inch seat and seems to fit an average size horse.
CONDITION: Pretty good for its age, normal wear and minor imperfections expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
