Available here for your consideration are a Zuni Red Jasper pendant and a Heishi necklace and bracelet. The stellar pendant features a large Red Jasper cabochon resting in a smooth silver setting with flattened silver dot accents and large silver bail. Also, in this lot, is a nice handmade Heishi necklace and bracelet made with turquoise and sponge coral Heishi beads accenting the shell beads. The beads are strung on waxed cord with stamped silver tips and chain. Add this great pendant, necklace and bracelet to your collection now!
This item is being sold as part of a benefit auction for the Free Indian Market event that takes place every year in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Net proceeds from this sale will go to the benefit of Free Indian Market.
MAKER: The pendant is hallmarked with what appears to be LAAE (stamped). See picture for detail. Could be Yolanda Laate (Zuni) who collaborates with Loren Panteah (Zuni). The Heishi set is made by Angelia Crespin (Kewa).
APPROX AGE: New. Donated directly from the artists.
SIZE: The pendant measures approximately 1 1/8 inches across (at the widest point) x 2 1/4 inches from top to bottom. The Heishi necklace measures approximately 19 inches from end to end, and the bracelet measures 6 3/8 inches from end to end. The total weight for these items is 38.4 grams.
CONDITION: Good for their age, normal wear expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
